If you need to speak directly to one of our staff members, our office hours are 8am to 5 pm PST Monday thru Friday. You may reach us before 8am, but we probably haven't had our dose of coffee yet.

We keep a more than adequate inventory on hand of the more popular items. These items normally ship within 24 hours via UPS ground service. You should receive your order within 3-7 days depending on your location. We can only ship to physical addresses, no PO Boxes. If you are outside of the United States, please contact us for shipping arrangements and policies.

Sales tax is only charged on orders that are shipped within the State of California.
Top >> Payment Policies:
We accept Visa and MasterCard as forms of payment. You can safely enter your credit card information via our secure server, which encrypts the information. If you prefer, you can also fax this information to us. This may delay your order slightly.
We do not currently accept purchase orders since all orders must be prepaid. We do have some corporate customers that we provide with a pro forma invoice. If you need a pro forma invoice, please state that in the credit card section of the order form. We will contact your accounting department for processing.

Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. The information that we do request from you is for security reasons and for marketing future products that you have an interest in.
Top >> Warranty Policy:
A solid warranty program, covering any manufacture defects, covers each product. The length of the warranty varies on each product, ranging from thirty days to one year. In addition to the warranty, we provide you with a thirty-day satisfaction guarantee.
Top >> Return/Exchange Policy:
If you receive a defective product or you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply contact us to arrange an exchange or refund. We will issue a return authorization number to you via e-mail, which you will enclose with the merchandise. You pay the return shipping fees and we will pay the return freight back to you.
All returned or exchanged items must be in original condition, with all original packaging, components, instructions and warranty material. Our fulfillment center will issue the original purchaser's credit card minus any shipping charges.
