Shipping Policy
Orders that are received before noon are shipped the same day on in stock items. Orders are shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise requested. International orders need to be prearranged by contacting our customer service department at or by calling 858-486-9859.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and corporate purchase orders that have an established account. Orders can be placed online, using our secure server shopping cart system, faxed to our order processing department at 858-486-9378 or emailed to

100% Satisfaction Guarantee All products are sold with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in new condition with all packing materials and literature within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. This guarantee does not include closeout items, discontinued items or special order items. If the items are returned without the package or in a non resalable condition a 25% plus shipping fees applies. It is the customers responsibility to contact us if the shipment arrives late and to inspect the contents of the order when it does arrive. If there are any problems with the order, we must be notified within 10 days of receipt.

Warranty information and return policy Warranties vary by product from six months to one year on audio accessories.

Returns and Repairs If you need to return a product to us, you must first contact our customer service at 858-486-9859 or email your request to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. When you call or e-mail us, please give us the following information:

  • Your invoice number
  • A brief description of the nature of the return (changed mind, repair, exchange, replacement, defective, refund, etc.)
  • Your contact information (name, address, daytime phone number and e-mail address)

We will give you a unique RMA# that MUST be written on the outside of the package that you send you return in. Packages without RMA numbers on them will be refused and sent back to you. Returns are to be shipped insured to the following address; Customers pay the shipping to us and we pay the shipping back to you only on warranty items. You can print an RMA form by clicking here.
